The Technovizor system was developed by JSC "" NIIAS- the institute of the Russian Railways holding with production and technological cooperation with Trans-Telematics. It allows you to monitor the technical condition of rolling stock units in automatic mode, in real time to record such malfunctions as the absence, uneven wear or insufficient thickness of brake pads, overestimation or understatement of friction wedges and other parameters. Data the revealed problems make it possible to prevent the faulty car from entering the line, as well as to send it for service in a timely manner, which increases safety on the railway and optimizes the operation of the station. The system detects malfunctions three times more efficiently than a person.

The Tekhnovizor system was implemented at the stations Novorossiysk (North Caucasian railway), Zeletsino (Gorky railway), Smolensk (Moscow railway), Kurbakinskaya (Moscow railway) and Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Far Eastern railway). Commissioning work was completed at the Murmansk station (Oktyabrskaya railway station) for March 2023.
