The KRUG company announced on September 1, 2020 delivery of KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (SHC) for an ACS water injection on block No. 4 of the field of Kenkiyak-nadsoleva (Republic of Kazakhstan).
Water injection in oil layer – one of the most important stages of technology process of oil production. It is necessary for maintenance of reservoir pressure, ensuring zero reset of drain waters, preserving of ecological balance.
The ACS is intended by water injection for measurement and control of operating parameters of the equipment of the pump station, control of pumps, storage of the main technology production data, formation and printing of reports, etc.
Kenkiyak — the oil field in Temirsky district of the Aktyubinsk region of Kazakhstan, in 220 km to the south from Aktobe. On the field oil deposits in nadsolevy thickness are developed. An operator of fields is the oil company JSC SNPS-Aktobemunaygaz. Oil production in 2010 made 2 million tons.
Implementation of an ACS will allow to ensure safety and reliability of operation of the equipment, to improve efficiency of the equipment and, thus, to raise economic indicators of the pump station, to reduce intensity of work of the operator.
