CorpSoft24 moved the Salym Petroleum Development HRM system to another platform

2021: Implementation of "1C: ZUP 8 CORP" version 3.1

On April 19, 2021, CorpSoft24 announced that it had ensured the transition of the oil production company Salym Petroleum Development to the personnel management and payroll system 1C: ZUP 8 KORP version 3.1.

As of April 2021, the company employs more than 1 thousand people; to manage such a team, an HRM system containing current tools was required. It was decided to migrate to the version of the system "1C: Salary and personnel management 8 CORP" - 3.1.

Since July 2016, CorpSoft24 has been a provider of corporate support services for information systems based on 1C: Enterprise 8.3 for Salym Petroleum. Salym Petroleum also attracted CorpSoft24 to the project to migrate the HRM system to this platform.

The complexity of the project was that its implementation fell on a pandemic. The entire project was implemented remotely. Nevertheless, the implementation did not stop the company's business processes for a second, "explained Konstantin Kryzhanovsky, head of the 1C CorpSoft24 support department.

In the implemented system, Salym Petroleum maintains all traditional personnel issues for the employment, creation and maintenance of the corporate structure of the enterprise, the staffing table, as well as implements payroll, personnel accounting and reporting. In total, the company has automated more than 30 jobs.
