On the Samara state district power plant using "PTK Circle-2000" the observability of production process grows

2019: Expansion of a system of collecting of technology information

On November 26, 2019 the Krug company reported that on the Samara state district power plant expansion of a system of collecting of technology information for COIC (the consolidated operational and information complex) is carried out. Technical parameters of the automated control systems for torches (ACST) of two power boilers of the article No. 1 and No. 2 and an APCS of the boiler of Article No. 11 working under control of KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000) are added to a system.

Within the project the KRUG company carried out the following works:

• laying of a fiber optic cable
• installation of network equipment
• engineering works
• software updating.

A system provides to the management and specialists of state district power plant a uniform picture of productive activity of the enterprise: utilization coefficients of energy resources, indicators of development and holiday of thermal and electrical energy, efficiency of a heat flux and other important indicators available in real time.

The KRUG company conducts works on objects of the Samara state district power plant since 2001. Based on standard solutions on automation of objects of power projects on automation of boiler units, turbine generators, management systems for torches, system implementations of monitoring of the water and chemical mode of the station are executed.
