This is a comprehensive program for the average medical staff, which considers not only errors in the processing of biological samples, complex cases when taking samples, but also psychological aspects of interaction with patients. The pilot phase of the project lasted about ten months. During this time, the company held about 30 lectures, to which over 1800 unique listeners from five countries joined. The project covered more than 255 settlements and over 440 medical institutions. At the moment, each online event attracts at least 550 participants.

Activities under the program are free and available to health professionals from any region. The report on the conducted online lectures is generated automatically on the MTS Link platform thanks to the built-in analytics, including the "presence control" tool. Classes include interactive elements - polls, tests and voting, as well as the ability to ask questions to the presenter in a special section.

The motto of our project is "Diagnosis begins with a treatment room." This is true: 70% of errors in laboratory diagnostics are made at the pre-analytical stage - that is, before the samples enter the analyzer. Our mission is to share experience in improving the quality of the preanalytic stage in medical institutions, so that more patients receive the right and informed treatment, and medical personnel more often pay attention to this problem. The online format made it possible to significantly expand the coverage of events. Thanks to MTS Link remote technologies, we were able to create a specialized community, got acquainted with specialists from other fields, received interesting proposals for cooperation and many pleasant reviews about our work, "said Ekaterina Malyuchenkova, author and leader of the Sarstedt project on the pre-analytical stage of laboratory diagnostics.
