2019: Transition to electronic document management

On December 17, 2019 the SKB Kontur company reported that all divisions of Schneider Group in Russia passed to electronic document management.

In the Kontur.Diadok system the international consulting company exchanges documents with clients, contractors and suppliers.

The translation of documents in an electronic form helps to save Schneider Group — costs on conducting document flow were reduced of a third. At the same time the processing speed and signings of documents grew by 30%. Employees spend less time for manual transactions with documents and at any time can check their status.

In all branches Schneider GroupP in Russia the integration solution Circuit is set. The Diadoc — the ready module for 1C. Heads will approve and sign electronic documents in the web interface. If the employee with right to sign is in a business trip, it does not influence document traverse speed.

Before transition to electronic document management (e-document flow) the company faced long return of originals. Clients of Schneider Group work in the different cities. On delivery of the signed copies from remote regions, for example from Far North or the Far East, the whole month could leave earlier.
