Siberian Agrarian Group + 1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse (1C: WMS)

Project Results:

• Formation and printing of barcodes is conducted, tasks for selection form, scheduling of tasks between the pickers performing assembly of orders on the pipeline is made the weight of collected orders, existence near pickers of necessary quantity and product assortment, etc. is controlled.
• Thanks to WMS together with the pipeline it was succeeded to reduce three times losses of goods, to minimize regrading, practically to exclude deviations on weight in collected orders.
• The fully automatic system of assembly of orders allowed to increase capacity of a warehouse: per day the warehouse processes 50 tons of orders, at the same time its potential power is about 90 tons.
