Jet Infosystems developed temperature monitoring system for "The Siberian generation company"

2020: Implementation of the platform of housing and public utilities by hardware-software IIoT

The Siberian Generation Company (SGC) together with the Center of innovations Jet Infosystems were developed and implemented hardware-software IIoT the platform of housing and public utilities. Jet Infosystems reported about it on October 2, 2020. It is one of the first solutions for the heatsales companies which can perform remote online monitoring of quality of heat supply in premises of consumers.

For receiving reliable and operational quality data of heat supply in apartment houses and their subsequent analysis the automated system of monitoring was required for SGK. Specialists of the Center of innovations of Jet Infosystems company undertook development and deployment of such system.

Logger (devices loggers) which are installed in premises developed for data collection in Jet Infosystems, take air temperature and remotely transfer the acquired information on Wi-Fi.

Specialists Jet Infosystems developed the analytical platform integrated with information systems SGK for data processing. The unified environment of data, using which specialists of SGK, since stations, thermal networks forms, it is sold, dispatching services of management companies and Administration of the cities have an opportunity of quality control of deliverable resources.

The acquired information will help to make decisions on optimization of the modes of thermal networks and smooth adjustment of temperature in premises of consumers, earlier to detect accidents and violations in heat supply.

SGK is aimed at large-scale digitalization of heat supply — we want to consolidate all data in a common information space, since sources of thermal energy and finishing with information from each apartment. It will allow to receive in real time the analytical reporting and to use at decision making. We expect that this platform will give us the chance to improve quality of our services, to react quickly in emergency situations. The specified IIoT-platform of housing and public utilities will increase the speed of reaction to changes of comfortable borders of heat supply in premises. At the same time end consumers will be able to obtain up-to-date data about quality of heat supply and even to influence adjustment of heat in the apartment.

We purposefully develop competence IIoT of our company. This project is an example of a similar class of solutions — the director of the Center of innovations Jet Infosystems Alexey Sechkin notes. — We not just developed devices for one of the large companies providing with heat the most part of Siberia but also created special software. Such complex approach not so often meets in the market, and it was essentially important for the customer. The created IT solution implements essentially other standards of heat supply of end users. And we are sure that it will allow to make life of many Russians much more comfortable.
