The investment in the platform paid off in 2 months. This was announced on September 19, 2023 by representatives of Sellty.

The Sloplast plant produces paper laminate plastic (HPL panels). The company produces products for interior and furniture design, transport design, as well as decoration of the facades of apartment buildings. Previously, the plant focused only on large corporate clients at the federal level. This approach provided revenue growth of an average of 17% per year. In 2022, it was decided to deepen work with segments of small and medium-sized businesses. It was important to automate the customer service process to offer them personalized service. The Sellty platform helped solve these problems.

Thanks to Sellty, our plant became a pioneer in the market online sales b2b segment. We have built a customer-centric approach to order management - and now we can provide a high level of service even for small companies. The implementation of the b2b portal has other benefits. Our employees have the opportunity to see all the balances in warehouses online and monitor their liquidity. Now all the remaining goods can be gradually sold on sales, instead of writing them off,
