2020: NeuroniQ queue management system implementation
The settlement center Sochiteploenergo Municipal Unitary Enterprise (Sochi) was equipped with an intelligent system of NeuroniQ. On July 24, 2020 the Technologies of the Future company reported about it.
Due to implementation of NEURONIQ Queue at office of the organization favorable conditions both for visitors, and for the staff of the enterprise were created. The hardware and software system automates service process, optimum distributing a flow of citizens on specialists. At the same time clients of the company do not need to look for extreme on a certain service that reduces the probability of emergence of conflict situations and probability of the choice of the wrong queue.
Application of a management system for queue reduces the psychological pressure upon employees, reduces quantity of help questions thanks to what the efficiency of the center increases.
Besides the NEURONIQ system gives an opportunity to control work of employees, to trace a queue status on each service and parameters of service in each workplace. Evident information representation on the screen with selection of critical indicators of business process provides rapid response to possible non-staff situations for fast solution.
