2020: Installation of a management system for NeuroniQ queue

Specialists of Technologies of the Future company implemented the project on implementation of an intelligent system of NeuroniQ in the medical center "SOGAZ of Profmeditsin (St. Petersburg). On August 3, 2020 Technologies of the Future reported about it.

For the purpose of remedial action of acceptance on the basis of "live" queue in clinic the management system for queue which automatically distributes a flow of citizens, proceeding from in advance made medical examination passing order was installed. At the same time in case of lack of the obligatory sequence, the load of doctors is considered, i.e. the visitor goes to an office with smaller quantity of expecting. Thus, the hardware and software system NEURONIQ promotes reduction of waiting time and time of passing of medical examination, increasing capacity of the center.

For convenience of clients and reduction of quantity of questions interactive screens which inform on the serviced or called patient are located to personnel of clinic at each office. At the same time in addition screens perform function of access control (ACS): opening of a door in an office is provided to the called visitor after applying to the BSK screen of the card issued in registry.

The NEURONIQ system provides the management of statistical information on work of clinic: the number of the serviced and expecting patients, load of doctors, waiting time in queue, etc. Besides a system promotes operational identification of difficulties in the course of reception of citizens and to timely reaction for their liquidation.
