2020: The beginning of creation of a neurotechnology platform for education quality improvement
In November, 2019 the project Southern Federal University won competition Ministries of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation within the program of cooperation of universities and enterprises for creation of high technology productions. The project assumes production organization of a software package for human capital management on the basis of neurotechnologies. Nuclear heating plant company acts as the industrial partner. Specialists of the companies "Modern educational concepts" and "Laboratory of knowledge" which have experience in creation of individual educational trajectories and implementation of neurotechnologies in education are also involved. 190 million rubles are selected for start of high technology production. In April, 2020 active project implementation phase, calculated on three years began. It became known on April 16, 2020.
The developed software package will allow to hold testing of students and specialists for determination of level of knowledge and competences, to organize training according to the revealed deficits, to estimate its efficiency. The integrated neurotechnology service Neuro Angel will help to carry out deeper analysis of cognitive capabilities of pupils and to arrange educational process under features of each of them.
Cooperation of scientific capacity of our university with leading experts in the field of education and neurotechnologies will lead to creation of the practical tool on human capital management. High technology productions impose essentially other requirements to personnel. The system of the higher and professional education answers this call, organizing training within individual educational trajectories.
