2020: A training complex for operation personnel
On April 6, 2020 the Krug company announced creation of a computer training complex for operation personnel of the Sterlitamak combined heat and power plant with the dynamic symbolic circuits of the capital technology equipment corresponding to the thermal scheme of combined heat and power plant. Klmpleks it is created based on KTK "TRACK" of production of KRUG company.
The model of the computer simulator covers the TGM-84 boiler of Article No. 6 and the turbine PT-60-130/13 of Article No. 4. The existing APCS of this equipment is executed based on the KRUG-2000® software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000).
The exercise machine serves for training of operation and service staff of the enterprise for work on real technology equipment, for maintenance and assessment of its qualification, for working off of skills of safe and economic control of the equipment in difficult transient and emergency operation.
The exercise machine assumes as the general, and separate trainings of the operator of the boiler and the operator of the turbine.

2019: A training complex for training of personnel of APCS workshop
On March 11, 2019 the Krug company reported that at the Sterlitamak CHPP Bashkirskoy of the generation company the educational and training complex for training of personnel of APCS workshop created using the computer training TRACK complex is put into operation. The model of the computer simulator covers subsystems of SAR and TZIB of the boiler E 420-140GM of Article No. 6 and a turbine unit of PT-60-130/13 of Article No. 5. Existing an APCS of this equipment are executed based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex.
The exercise machine for training of personnel of APCS workshop is set of models of the boiler and a turbine unit and also models of the automated systems operating at the enterprise with repetition of algorithmic providing and graphical representation. The exercise machine gives following features:
- study influence of setup parameters of automatic regulators on characteristics of transition processes and acquire skill of optimal adjustment of regulators
- acquire skill of check of technology protection as on the stopped technology equipment (with impact on an armature), and without stop of technology process (on a signal)
- study operation algorithms of the existing systems of automatic control (SAC) and technology protection and blocking (TZIB)
- acquire skill of search of defects in PTK KRUG-2000 and also subsystems of SAR and TZIB.
The NPF KRUG company performs the following works:
- Development of the APCS model of the exercise machine
- Development of a mathematical model of regulated parameters
- Delivery of the software
- Engineering works and commissioning.
