3 billion rubles are spent for the equipment for the Surgut perinatal center

On July 1, 2019 it became known that equipment of the Center of protection of motherhood and the childhood in Surgut modern medical equipment continues. On the platform there are already 450 pieces of equipment for the amount about 500 million rubles. Moreover, equipment procurement for the amount more than 2.5 billion rubles is conducted.

According to representatives of the company investor and the builder, the most part of equipment of future perinatal center of import production as has no domestic analogs. In France 350 units of the hi-tech equipment are made. These are ultrasonic diagnostic complexes, tomographs, the angiograph, the digital mammographic systems, resuscitation complexes, narcotic and respiratory devices with a total cost of 1.3 billion rubles. So far all this equipment is in warehouses of producer (GE Healthcare) as requires special storage conditions. To Surgut it will be delivered directly by the beginning of installation.

The expert of ONF Vyacheslav Kalinin in Surgut was more than once. He notes that the attention not only local authorities, but also public organizations including the All-Russia People's Front is riveted on an object.

Despite postponement of commissioning, the project on construction of the perinatal center in Surgut still among priority in Yugra. As for the postponement, in many respects it is made with the purpose to make an object really one of the best in the country, both on quality of construction works, and on technology equipment. This purpose, in my opinion, quite justifies the parties participating in the project which implementation fell on not the most safe years for our economy and the construction industry. Nevertheless, both the management of Yugra, and the HUNG Groups which is not only the builder, but also the investor are interested in the fastest transfer of an object to doctors of the District center of protection of motherhood and the childhood. For July, 2019 in the medical body installation of surgical and diagnostic lamps, surgical and anesteziologichesky consoles, the equipment of medical gas supply and the medical climatic module of production HT Labor (Germany) is finished. The total cost of the equipment of so-called "net premises" was 850 million rubles.

The center of protection of motherhood and childhood in Surgut is built under the agreement on public-private partnership between the Government of KhMAO – Yugra and the HUNG Group on behalf of subsidiary company VIS Infrastruktura LLC.

Under the terms of the agreement the HUNG Group at the expense of own and borrowed funds performs not only a full range of construction works, but also purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of all equipment. Besides, within 7 years after transfer of the center to the Surgut doctors the holding will perform technical operation of all complex^[1].
