On December 5, 2018 the INFOPRO company reported that it together with TGC-14 will retrofit a software package on the Chita CHPP-1 and the Ulan-Ude CHPP-1 the add-on module visualizing equipment operation modes.

According to the company, INFOPRO and TGK-14 started setup of the add-on module of an automated system of accounting of technical and economic indicators "INFOPRO: Planning of the modes", the equipment of the Chita CHPP-1 and the Ulan-Ude CHPP-1 visualizing operation modes.

The software package of INFOPRO is operated at stations since 2017. The application automates calculations of technical and economic indicators in the PTO settlement group of power plants, accumulates and submits information in the corporate data warehouse.

Specialists of the contractor should retrofit a system the module visualizing the thermal scheme of the station. It will allow to display in real time working kotlo-and turbine units, PVD, boilers, PENY and key parameters of their modes of functioning: an expense, temperature, vapor pressure, an electric and heat load, a water consumption, a reserve of economy of fuel at a deviation from a nominal indicator, etc.

In the interface of the program in a graphic and tabular style the actual indicators of operation of the equipment in each hour, day, month and also the planned indicators and the standard will be displayed.

The additional implemented functionality will increase quality of monitoring and control of production process. The scheme of power supply system of the station displayed in real time in a graphic type and visualization of indicators of the working equipment will increase the speed and accuracy of the made decisions affecting cost efficiency of activity of combined heat and power plant.
