TGC-1 implemented an end-to-end system managerial, accounting and tax accounting

On April 11, 2019 it became known that TGC-1 PJSC vnedrila kompleksnuyu sistemu upravlencheskogo, bukhgalterskogo i nalogovogo ucheta v na baze programmnykh produktov 1C: Accounting CORP", "1C: Enterprise 8.4 "and"BEAT Finance"

The specifics of work with the Customer consisted in the requirement: the implemented system should provide succession with the historical system "1S:ASBNU" implemented in Nevsky, Karelsky and Kolsky branches.

Project Features:

1. Implementation of one-time transition to the implemented system, failure from the sparing operation mode in two bases.
2. Carrying out global work on unification and transformation of the normative reference information (NRI) for the purpose of formation of the corporate reporting.
3. Creation of uniform methodology of formation of the corporate reporting.
4. Development of the unrolled analytical accounting of costs and difficult algorithms of cost accounting on the released thermal and electrical energy.

Results of the implemented system became:

1. Significant simplification of process of preparation and submission of reports on uniform methodology
2. Automation of preparation of a large number of reports for branches. An opportunity for management of PJSC TGC-1 to independently prepare the summary reporting and the reporting under the selected branches with the analysis of primary data
3. Automation of a number of the accounting functions which were earlier executed manually: accounting of work of motor transport, data exchange according to notifications and so forth.

• The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued
• At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
• Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
• Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
• Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made.
