The TGC-1 prepares for implementation of risk-oriented planning of repairs

"RSM-systems" together with Territorial generating company No. 1 (TGC-1) completed at the beginning of 2019 the first phase of research work on creation of a management system for production assets using indexes of technical condition.

This phase provided carrying out detailed inspection of the asset management system existing in the company, applied information systems, the operating normative and methodical base, the available data and the normative reference information about the equipment and processes.

Examination was conducted for the purpose of preparation for development and implementation of techniques and the normative reference information (NRI) for risk-oriented approach in management of production assets of TGC-1.

The purpose of development and the implementations of techniques and NSI planned in the following phase is implementation of uniform approaches to settlement processes of assessment of technical condition of the equipment; calculation of assessment of potential damage and risk; volume scheduling of the program of repairs taking into account the strategy of repair, risk assessments, restrictions and target KPIs and also efficiency analysis of the program of repairs.

Within carrying out inspection assessment of the current level of a maturity of the company regarding asset management according to requirements of the GOST P 55.0.0kh-2014 standards "Asset managements" was executed, are defined structure of the equipment having the greatest impact on risks, and the list of the techniques recommended for development within the standard of the organization for asset management.

When carrying out inspection modern standards and methodologies in the field of asset management and their reliability, quality, risks were applied.
