TGC-1 implemented an electronic control system of bypasses and inspections of the equipment on 13 combined heat and power plants

On June 21, 2019 the PJSC TGC-1 company announced implementation of the Bypasses electronic system (ES) on all 13 combined heat and power plants of the company in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad and Murmansk regions and in Petrozavodsk.

The system created by employees TGC-1 standardizes transaction of bypasses and inspections of the equipment, guarantees their timely carrying out and also gives a basis for data analysis, received by personnel.

If earlier the inspector independently fixed defects and deviations in the paper sheet, then now the program conducts him along the approved route, focusing attention on control points. These are NFC tags (chips) on the equipment or group of the equipment, scanning which the worker enters data on a current status and operation parameters into the system, including photographing the noticed defects. Inspectors can enter into the system not only data on control points, but also the noticed dangerous factors, for example, a broken-down ladder or strong ice along the line.

The data entered by inspectors come to uniform electronic base of the station. Administrative and technical and operational management of combined heat and power plant sees and analyzes them using the web application on the working computer or the tablet. Such approach does the procedure of bypasses and inspections of the equipment of more transparent and guarantees that the worker checked a status and parameters of all important objects of workshop.
