"The first Bit" BIT implemented ". Finance.holding " in "power TNS"

2020: Product introduction "BIT. Finance.holding"

On December 7, 2020 The First BIT company announced implementing solution "to BIT. Finance.holding " for "1C: Accounting 8" in PJSC TNS energo Group, having automated 150 jobs. The project lasted 3 months.

For accounting and approval of payments in "power TNS" company 2 systems were used: "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" for accounting and the Prestima program developed in the company for review payments. This solution did not provide uniform space with other branches of group of companies. As the automation system the "power TNS" group selected the application suite on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform: "1C: Accounting + BIT. Finance.holding " as this combination allows to close relevant requirements of the company in standard functionality.

Competition of the company was won by specialists of First BIT and to a project team the following tasks were set:

• provide uniformity in financial systems for all group of companies,
• provide a possibility of daily approval of registers of payments by staff of UK in all branches,
• make transition from the existing system in "BIT. Finance" as fast as possible and with the minimum changes in business processes.

During the project the subsystem Treasury of the program "BIT was implemented. Finance" which allowed to solve the problems facing "power TNS" at the expense of key features of a system:

• the scheme of approval of requests for a funds expenditure similar to that is implemented that it was used in a former system. The system of appointment of deputies is customized,
• the notification on e-mail responsible for approval is implemented,
• the system of problem definition according to requests for a funds expenditure is implemented,
• use of registers payments and approval by their employees by UK is entered,
• access rights for each CFD are configured,
• training in work in the new system of all participants of process is provided.

In a project deliverable it was succeeded to close in a short space of time requirements of TNS energo Group — to result a financial system of the company in uniformity, to have an opportunity of approval of registers of payments in all branches, having automated 150 jobs.
