"IT-Oil" completed the project on development and deployment of the business plan of development of the direction of non-cash payments of Tatneft

On July 9, 2019 the IT-Oil company reported that PJSC Tatneft for development of the business plan on development of the direction of non-cash payments and further expert maintenance of its implementation was selected.

Main objective of this consulting project was increase in efficiency of work with large corporate clients according to fuel cards and ensuring further development of this business direction.

Within the project specialists "IT-Oil" conducted examination and the analysis of a system of non-cash payments of the company, the general concept, and then and the detailed business plan of development of a system of non-cash payments is offered at first.

The final option of the comprehensive plan developed by team of experts "IT-Oil" included:

• Packet of market offers thanks to which the Tatneft company will be able to achieve the most profitable work in the market of non-cash payments in refueling station networks;
• Detailed plans for reorganization of activity of the company (including business processes, an organization structure, legal schemes, schemes of settlement, information technological support, etc. questions) in the direction of non-cash payments for the maximum compliance to requirements of the market;
