On February 10, 2017 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation of the project of integration of the product "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan" and corporate system of accounting into PJSC Toy Store.

Project Results

Now programs exchange exact data on merchandising and cash documents. The term of closing of financial month accelerated for 6 days, and time expenditure on technical maintenance of systems is reduced by 50%.

The solution of 1C allowed the staff of the Kazakhstan office to keep accounting and tax accounting according to rules of law of the republic, to make banking activities in tenge and foreign currency, to make settlement with personnel.

Staff of the Kazakhstan office works with a system through remote access: the database is located on the server platform of the company in Moscow. Daily data on merchandising are unloaded using technology of WEB SERVICE from the accounting system in the program of 1C. On their basis the Kazakhstan accountants generate standard and analytical reports, "close" month.

Forces of IT department of PJSC Toy Store and the third-party contractor at the Moscow office replaced the system of commodity accounting and on its base the functionality of the Main cash desk of shops and office is in addition implemented.

Project Results

• Data exchange between "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan" and an accounting system is accelerated.
• Processes of reconciliation of documents of merchandising between systems are optimized. It was reached by creation of rather fast data exchange interface.
• The interface of information exchange between systems is created, and process of reconciliation of documentation - is completely rewritten. Thanks to a monitoring system integration exchange was improved that allowed to spend for reconciliation of documents no more than 2 hours.
• Optimization of information processes in accounting service positively affected terms of closing of financial month – this process accelerated for 6 days.
• Due to stable work of the updated interface with the system of commodity accounting and also a data loading monitoring system time expenditure on maintenance of a system was reduced by 50%.

"Jointly we worked on optimization of accounting processes regarding data transmission of merchandising and cash documents. At the same time for us it was important to save functionality of 1C with which several years it is comfortable to accountants to work. Also it was required to configure stable unloading of data from a stock count system, to increase the speed of loading of information in 1C, to implement a possibility of flexible configuration of parameters of 1C base and a monitoring system of loading of documents. During the project we managed to carry out a number of works on upgrade of the IT system of the enterprise. Now a system perfectly copes with the increased information streams, applications are opened without failures and "hangups". Daily exact data on revenue and merchandising of twelve Kazakhstan shops of network are transferred in "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan" and become available to the analysis to employees both office on site, and the central office in Moscow. Reduction of a closing time of results of month, formation and delivery of the regulated accounting records became one of the main advantages of the project.
