The solutions Zig-Zag allowed City Service company to avoid heavy fines for spaces in reports. The Zig-Zag company reported about it on July 7, 2020.

Automation allowed to eliminate non-staff situations round the clock online.

The logistics to "The city service" was built manually: managers daily distributed about 1200 points between 6 drivers of garbage trucks. And before entry into force of the updated requirements from a regoperator at the company of difficulties did not arise.

However photos which drivers sent via messengers were lost. "The city service" paid for each lost photo to a regoperator a penalty, and at the end of the month the company received less about 270,000 rubles. Besides, regular breakdown of garbage trucks became one of the main problems also — it occurs 3-4 times a week. To managers it was difficult dynamically and at the same time optimum to rebuild routes that one driver took away points of another.

For the solution of these problems specialists "The city service" decided to address to Zig-Zag company. The task was solved in several stages: in service all information on the number of cars and the address of points was brought. As a result routes taking into account an operation mode, time windows and also traffic regulations were built. At the second stage Zig-Zag service developed for "The city" a special form of the reporting which allows to measure the volume of the exported garbage not by eye as it was done earlier, and through a special algorithm. After drivers of garbage trucks installed applications in which their routes per day were displayed on phones and also here they could enter data on collected garbage and attach photos.

Automation of process of logistics allowed "The city service" timely to export waste from platforms, to avoid penalties for spaces in reports for regoperator and also to eliminate non-staff situations round the clock online.
