On March 21, 2019 the 1C-Rarus company reported that the Ural plant of special armature engineering (UZSA LLC) by means of a command 1C-Rarus in Chelyabinsk automated the main business processes using 1C:ERP. A system covers sales management, warehouse stocks, purchases, production, quality, processes of treasury. In the nearest future the enterprise expects positive economic result.

According to the company, as the unified information system the plant which was in a stage of development and deployment of business processes, selected "1C:ERP. Enterprise management 2". Automation of the main business processes, control of key indicators of activity, the organization of interaction of services and divisions, coordination of activity of production divisions, efficiency evaluation of activity of the enterprise, separate divisions and personnel became main goals of the enterprise.

As UZSA — the enterprise new, implementation of an automated system represented implementation of all main units. That further the enterprise had an opportunity to update a system by own efforts, the management made the decision as much as possible to save standard functionality of the tool. The 1C-Rarus branch in Chelyabinsk which rendered the methodological help in development of effective business processes became the partner in implementation.

In a project deliverable the system which covered all basic functions of UZSA was designed and implemented: sales management, warehouse stocks, purchases, production, quality, processes of treasury. It was succeeded to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing enterprise inventory items. All production phases, taking into account their different specifics are automated: own productive activity, a complete set of the entering nomenclatures, including for SKD of products, the tolling scheme ("there" and "back"), production services on the party, receiving production services from third-party contractors, rendering production services to third-party customers. A system helps to create quickly and conveniently requests for a funds expenditure, to approve them in the systems of group. Processing of the bank statement in 1C:ERP on the mechanism of exchange of own development is configured. This tool helped to observe the time limit of fast closing thanks to formation of accounting, tax statements in the automatic mode to the 8th day of the month following reporting.

1C system: ERP allows to obtain reliable data about activity of the enterprise, cost value and revenue by required the analyst. All documents of historical periods are entered into the system from the moment of the organization of the company for 2016-2018. The solution is integrated with the systems of group.

In development plans for a corporate information system of the enterprise for 2019 there are following tasks:

  • By means of use of mechanisms of barcoding to optimize warehouse activity of the enterprise, i.e. to automatically determine, fill out warehouse and production documents in 1C:ERP.
  • Implement complete budget model of the enterprise on 1C:ERP for preparation of the reporting for leadership team of the enterprise and holding.
  • Implement the project on automation of personnel records and the salary on the 1C: Enterprise platform.
  • Start internal electronic document management by means of "1C: Document Flow" and also configure seamless integration "1S:DO" and 1C:ERP for expansion of functionality regarding processes of electronic approval of some objects of a 1C system: ERP.

Automation on the 1C: Enterprise platform helped to build logically all business processes of our enterprise without any difficulties, gave the chance to create any managerial report that helps with providing reliable data in management company. Thanks to specialists 1C-Rarus in Chelyabinsk we implemented all assigned tasks in time and started a system. Production at the enterprise rather difficult is an and serial accounting, both work in progress, and the average sliding cost accounting that requires difficult calculations. The main goal — to receive a financial result, and we expect positive results.
