2020: Increase in work of a boiler unit
The efficiency of a boiler unit of the Ufa CHPP-3 is increased. The Krug Scientific and production firm reported about it on December 10, 2020.
The automatic control system torches (ACST) of a boiler unit of TP-230-2 of Article No. 7 of the Ufa CHPP-3 based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex is put into operation. Work was carried out within modernization of gorelochny devices.
The Ufa CHPP-3 is a part of Bashkir Generation Company LLC and is one of the oldest enterprises of a heat power complex of Russia. The enterprise releases electrical energy and also thermal energy in pair and in hot water for needs of heating. The set electric power – 95 MW, thermal – 992.8 Gcal/h. The main fuel – natural gas, reserve – fuel oil.
Main objective of the project is reliability augmentation and effective management of a boiler unit in normal and transient regimes, increase in profitability of operation of the equipment due to reduction of time of starting transactions. The system of automated management of gas burners of a boiler unit TP-230-2 of Article No. 7 is developed based on the standard solution of NPF KRUG for SAUG of boilers and allows to execute both automatic ignition, and semi-automatic ignition with step-by-step accomplishment.
Control and control of the equipment of gorelochny devices is exercised from an automated workplace of the driver under management SCADA KRUG-2000 and two torches deleted with reserve operations control rooms based on the touchpad.
Implementation of SAUG based on PTK KRUG-2000 provides:
- accomplishment of all requirements of the existing regulating documents in the field of power
- functionality on production control
- increase in level of reliability of technology equipment and automation equipment
- decrease in labor costs on maintenance and repair.
The KRUG company together with Ltd company IR "AMAKC" performs works on design, supply of equipment, engineering, installation and commissioning.
