ELAR corporation delivered A2B Planskan ELAR scanner in archive of the Uglegorsk municipal district of the Sakhalin region. Using the equipment the staff of division of administration will improve and will accelerate process of creation of electronic copies of archive documents and NSA.

As of the beginning of 2017 in archive of the Uglegorsk municipal district – 146 funds, including more than 16,000 units of permanent storage life and more than 18,000 units on staff. The translation of documents in an electronic form will allow the staff of archive to increase the speed of providing public services and functions, including on issue of archive references, statements and archive copies of documents.
