2020: Prolongation of the contract in the field of complex outsourcing
On July 14, 2020 IT- the company "Jet Infosystems" announced prolongation of the contract on service maintenance Beeline Uzbekistan (enters into group "VEON" c CIS). Business Impact Analysis (BIA) defining possible effects of emergence crisis and emergencies and also creating requirements of business to the continuity of the resources providing rendering services of the operator was added to the rendered services now.
Within the long-term outsourcing contract prolonged for three years, the IT company performs a continual loop of works for the operator: planning of computing powers (Capacity Planning), design and implementation of relevant IT solutions, delivery of the necessary equipment, service maintenance of all information systems and outsourcing of service of operation.
Specialists Jet Infosystems provide functioning, fault tolerance and reservation of IT infrastructure at which all business and critical applications work: billing, systems of the corporate reporting and analytics, CRM, system of payment acceptance, etc.
On the round-the-clock service for July, 2020 there are more than 300 items of equipment in two data centers, storage systems Hitachi Vantara and Brocade, a system backup based on tape libraries IBM of the High End level, SOFTWARE for backup (Veritas NetBackup) and ensuring availability (Veritas Infoscale). In addition, on support the integrator has UPS productions Vertiv (the former Emerson and Chloride). The maximum recovery time of operability of systems does not exceed four hours, and actual SLA on incidents remains at the level of 99.99%.
Proceeding from plans for expansion of network and data on the available equipment, experts of integrator annually update hardware and help to define the strategy of further IT development of the operator.

2019: Outsourcing details
On November 31, 2019 it became known that Beeline Uzbekistan shared details of the contract for complex outsourcing which services are rendered more than 12 years companies "Jet Infosystems". Within the agreement specialists of the IT company carry out annual capacity planning and also advise Beeline Uzbekistan in business continuity plot area.
Within the project the operator reported to service IT infrastructure for the business and critical systems: billing, reporting, monitoring, CRM, etc. The percent of permission of incidents (SLA) for them makes not less than 99.99%. Besides, delivers Jet Infosystems for the operator and integrates the equipment into data centers and provides timely reservation of data.
On service more than 300 items of equipment are transferred in two data centers ensuring functioning of Beeline in the territory Uzbekistan. The round-the-clock support provides hardware and software systems DWH Hitachi Vantara and Brocade, a restoration system IBM, SOFTWARE for backup Veritas NetBackup and Veritas Infoscale. The maximum recovery time of operability of the equipment — 4 hours.
