Haulmont implemented EDMS "Thesis" in "The Ust-Kamenogorsk thermal networks"

2019: Implementation of EDMS Thesis

On March 20, 2019 the company Haulmont reported that it implemented EDMS THESIS at the producer thermal energy of Kazakhstan "Ust-Kamenogorsk thermal networks" ("UK CU").

According to the company to accelerate and arrange the processes connected with document handling, the management of UK CU made the decision on implementation of EDMS. First of all, the enterprise needed to automate standard processes: registration, preparation and approval of documents and also imposing of the resolution.

IT specialists and heads of divisions which should use it took part in the choice of EDMS. At assessment of the considered products the functionality, the interface and cost were considered as the major criteria. As a result EDMS THESIS was selected. "UK CU" purchased Standard edition of a system on 75 simultaneous connections. It is an optimal variant if it is required to automate standard processes of document flow. The customer can begin work in a system right after installation, additional modifications are not required. First of all, Standard edition allows to automate work of office, management of documents and tasks. If necessary setup of unique business processes and reports on parameters necessary to the customer is possible.

Specialists of EDMS THESIS carried out installation of a system at the enterprise and training for users and the administrator. Gradually imposing of resolutions, preparation and approval of all documents were transferred to a system: orders, instructions, provisions, agreements. The staff of office began to use EDMS for document registration. The customer positively speaks of a system and notes that document flow considerably accelerated, and work became more productive. As a result of implementation of EDMS THESIS at the enterprise time which is spent on processes of work with documents, such as approval, statement and acquaintance was considerably reduced.
