2019: System implementation of management of export of waste of Magenta

On September 16, 2019 it became known that the management system for export of waste of Magenta is implemented in the company of Viv Trans. As a result of operation of a system the carrier reduced time spent for planning of routes from 3 days till 3 o'clock in day. Reduction of time of planning allowed to increase efficiency of export of waste.

Viva Trans LLC implemented the Magenta system to increase service quality of garbage removal.

Daily the carrier receives about 1000 applications from management companies for export of waste from unauthorized dumps. Before connection to the Magenta system planning of routes according to such requests was performed manually, using online maps.

The constructed routes often were impracticable. It was connected with the fact that logisticians could not consider when planning all factors influencing a work progress, for example, time spent for collecting of garbage in each point. Other complexity consisted in planning duration: on distribution of requests left up to 3 days.

Implementation of Magenta allowed carrier to increase quality of planning and to quickly appoint transport to requests. It became result of automation of process of preparation for departure. After import of requests to a system from Excel file, a system analyzes requirements to requests and automatically distributes them on garbage trucks. Planning is performed taking into account type and the volume of waste, capacity of transport, a possibility of driving through narrow streets, working schedules of drivers and other parameters.

For each Magenta garbage truck builds routes of the movement and generates waybills. Thanks to accounting during the planning of time for movements between points, duration of loading and unloading on polygons, a road situation drivers receive really feasible work plan per day.
