2020: NeuroniQ queue management system implementation
The updated office "Tver Vodokanal" (Tver) was equipped with a management system of queue of NEURONIQ. On July 9, 2020 Technologies of the Future reported about it.
NEURONIQ automates navigation of a flow of visitors at the expense of what process of reception of citizens is optimized, the moral and psychological climate in a zone of waiting improves and the efficiency of organization increases. The hardware and software system allows to create favorable conditions of work, to reduce quantity of questions to specialists and to evenly distribute load of personnel of the organization. On the basis of statistic and operational reports the management of the enterprise is given an opportunity to analyze work of each employee, to reveal "narrow" places of service and to react timely for elimination of the arising problems.
