2020: System implementation of an electronic queue
At office of acceptance of the population of Vodokanal of the City of Ryazan Municipal Unitary Enterprise the electronic queue of NeuroniQ is implemented. On August 19, 2020 reported about it in Technologies of the Future company.
The management system for queue allows to increase quality of service and to optimize work of organizations where there are "live" queues. The hardware and software system creates for clients comfortable conditions of stay at office of the organization: there is an opportunity to distract from waiting and to go about the own business. The visitor gets rid of need to look for and remember extreme at the expense of what the moral and psychological climate improves, noted in the company.
On the customer's wish a system was complemented with function of advance registration. This module allows subscribers to select date and time of visit of the organization in advance and to receive service with the minimum waiting time.
Besides, NeuroniQ provides the management of the enterprise of statistical and operational information about activity of the center (quantity expecting, load of personnel, holding time and expectations and so forth). This information helps to reveal critical points of customer service and to make decisions for its further improvement (change of an operation mode, increase or reduction of windows of service, correction of the list of services).
