- Customer relationship management (CRM)
Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution
- Stages of the main business process Sale were revealed.
- Adaptation of a configuration is made for reflection of business process in an accounting system.
- Within adaptation the route map of business process Sale was completely processed.
- Completion on updating of the amount of business process on the basis of the entered documents within problems of business process was made.
- Completions for increase in convenience works of users during the work with problems of business process were performed.
- The system of roles is developed, for shutdown of an opportunity to users to enter documents out of business processes.
- The new report "A funnel of sales" which differs from standard in more correct calculation of indicators of development on business process stages is developed.
Maintenance:
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
