2011: Implementation of 1C: Integrated Automation PP

In 2011, a software product was introduced 1C: Integrated Automation in a company JVENTA that specializes in the provision of installation, repair and maintenance services for industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment.

The reason for initiating the project was the unsatisfactory operation of the software, as well as the need to switch to a more modern 1C: Enterprise 8 platform. Automation partner WiseAdvice-IT offered the optimal solution for the requests of Yuventa - 1C: Integrated Automation.

Works performed by the integrator:

• 1. Accounting audit of Yuventa LLC was conducted.
• 2. The company's business processes are optimized.
• 3. Implementation of the software product 1C: Integrated automation 8.
• 4. Users have been trained to work in the new system.

As a result of the project, automation of integrated accounting on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform was carried out that meets the requirements of Yuventa. At the same time, the management of the enterprise has gained wide opportunities for analysis, planning and flexible management of the company's resources to increase its competitiveness. Heads of departments and managers are equipped with tools to improve the efficiency of daily work in their areas. Employees of the accounting services of the enterprise are provided with means for automated accounting in full compliance with the requirements of the legislation and corporate standards of the enterprise.

In 2013-2014, support for the functioning of the system and consulting users on working with the system were carried out, 1S:ITS contracts were drawn up.
