2019: Completion of implementation of EAE.LIMS

On August 2, 2019 the EAE-Consult company announced completion of implementation and transfer to commercial operation of the laboratory information system EAE.LIMS in affiliated enterprise JSC Zarubezhneft in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. All necessary settings are made quickly, a system is handed over in time. EAE.LIMS covers all basic laboratory processes of quality control and allows to automate process of the most different samples – from the extracted oil to an atmospheric air and drain waters. During 2019 system implementation in four companies of Russia is planned.

The grand opening of chemical analysis laboratory Zarubezhneft Production of Haryaga LLC was held on February 19, 2019 within the celebration of the 20 anniversary of entry into force of the Production sharing agreement. The laboratory is equipped with the modern equipment that guarantees the high accuracy and efficiency of measurements and quality control of products.

Implementation of the laboratory information system EAE.LIMS is intended to provide full automation of process of laboratory tests from registration of a task before issue of the test sheet and also to carry out the analysis based on statistical data and to make necessary decisions both laboratories, and to adjacent divisions.

Specialists EAE-Consult executed a full range of actions – preproject inspection, formation of the project documentation and technical specifications, development, system deployment and a training of personnel. In the course of implementation a number of features of business processes of laboratory was revealed that demanded carrying out additional settings of the sample solution. Technical support and maintenance of the laboratory information system EAE.LIMS will also be performed by EAE-Consult company.

As a result of project implementation automation of all main business processes connected with quality control of products is reached. Technological capabilities of the EAE.LIMS system provide optimum control of laboratory flows of works and documents, allow to focus on accomplishment of the main task – carrying out tests. 2018: Works on EAE.LIMS implementation

On August 21, 2018 the EAE-Consult company announced that since April, 2018 in chemical analysis laboratory Zarubezhneft Production of Haryaga LLC works on implementation of the laboratory information system EAE.LIMS are conducted. This implementation is intended to provide full automation of process of laboratory tests from registration of a task before issue of the test sheet and also will allow to carry out the analysis based on statistical data and to make necessary decisions both laboratories, and to adjacent divisions.

According to the contract specialists of EAE-Consult company perform a complex of actions for implementation of a laboratory information system – preproject inspection, formation of the project documentation and technical specifications, development, system deployment and personnel training of laboratory.

Conditions of the project and system configuration are approved with the customer. For August, 2018 project inspection is complete, the project documentation is created and process of its configuring and filling is performed by the normative reference information. Input of a laboratory information system based on the EAE.LIMS platform in trial operation is planned for November, 2018.
