In 2010 215 years from the moment of foundation of National Library of Russia were performed. Being located in the historic center of St. Petersburg, the Library is a cultural dominant of the Northern Capital along with the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, Aleksandrinsky and Mariinsky theaters and other cultural centers.
