About creation of Technical committee on standardization Asset management

According to the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" in Russia the Technical committee on standardization No. 86 Asset management (TK86) is created. It is created based on NPP Spectec, the secretariat of TK86 conducts Federal State Unitary Enterprise Standartinform.

The Chairman of TK86 is approved, Igor Kryukov, the deputy CEO of NPP Spectec for quality, and the responsible secretary of TK86 – Vitaly Pugachev, the assistant department head of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Standartinform became him.

For TK86 pinned objects of technical regulation and standardization in the field of asset management. Assets (physical) is a technology equipment, machines, buildings, transfer devices and other property by means of which economic actors realize the purposes of the activity.

TK86 committee is created as an analog of TK251 of "Asset Management" of International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Now TK251 performs development of the international standards ISO of series 55000 in the field of asset management. It is entrusted to TK86 committee to represent the interests of the Russian organizations in TK251 and to participate in its work.

By November 13, 2013 Regulations on technical committee on standardization No. 86 Asset management are developed and approved. In structure of TK86 two subcommittees are formed: PC 1 "Asset management. Terms and determinations. Basic provisions", and PC 2 "Asset management. Requirements. Application guide of requirements". Are sent by technical committee to Rosstandart of the offer on formation of the Program of development of national standards for 2014.
