Coaches of UC are the certified coaches and coaches on flexible approaches from ScrumAlliance, Scrum.org, Management 3.0, coauthors of transfer of Scrum Guide into Russian. Work at the Russian, English, Ukrainian and Norwegian languages in Russia and the CIS, the USA, China, Japan, India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Norway. Trained and certified more than 3000 SSM, CSPO, PSF, PSM I, PSPO specialists and Management 3.0.

The company began the work in Norway (2010), and then came to the Russian market (2012). Founders of Unusual Concepts – Sergey and Oleg Dmitriyev. The staff of the company totals 12 people: 9 trainers and 3 service employees (platform).

Since the beginning of 2017 we see increase in requirements to the speed of response of business to market changes, involvement of the whole industries in Agile mastering. In four years only our company earned more than $4 million from training of staff of corporations (3,000 students at average the training cost of $1,500). We annually receive $2 million more for services of strategic consulting. At the same time we see that the Russian Agile market of coaching is in embryo. The similar market of training in the USA according to Scrum Alliance certifying authority already makes $700 million annually".

Start of the Russia's first Adzhayl Academy

The Unusual Concepts company announced on October 24, 2017 opening of the Russia's first Adzhayl Academy and start together with institute of Management and social and economic design of REU of G.V. Plekhanov of the educational program "Relevant, flexible approaches to management and customer interaction".

The educational program consists of several modules with lectures and practical tasks. At the same time two main directions are selected: Business Adzhayl for entrepreneurs, managers and top managers and Adzhayl-kouch for those who want to master skills of the specialist capable to help business to pass to Adzhayl.

Before in Russia there was no such practice. The Adzhayla academy will give knowledge which is demanded in the market, and will prepare for work in reality of the Russian business — the founder of Unusual Concepts company Sergey Dmitriyev commented on an event. — A basis of our rate — that special knowledge and preparation for participation are not necessary. We invite people who know nothing about Adzhayla to help them to learn and understand modern approaches to management of the companies".

According to Unusual Concepts, will teach Adzhayl-podkhodu in Academy the practicing trainers. At the same time the program is created on the basis of work experience in the Russian companies of the different size and the industries.

Two-day intensiv Welcome to Agile starts on November 4-5, 2017. Upon termination of training all participants will receive two certificates: from Unusual Concepts company and REU of G.V. Plekhanov.
