Heat exchangers and pipe bunches to them

For storage of raw materials, semi-finished products and ready-made products the warmed-up reservoirs very often are required. Submersible heat exchangers are very easily mounted on already existing reservoirs, providing easy access for service.

1. Kozhukhotrubchaty heat exchangers with a floating head kozhukhotrubchaty with U-shaped pipes and pipe bunches to them according to TU 3612-023-00220302-01.

Kozhukhotrubchaty heat exchangers with a floating head are intended for heat exchange of liquid and gaseous environments in technology processes oil processing, petrochemical, chemical, oil, gas and other industries. Are made with the following technical characteristics:

1. Kozhukhotrubchaty heat exchangers with a floating head are used to the contaminated environments at the big differences of temperatures of a casing and pipes.

Kozhukhotrubchaty heat exchangers with U-shaped pipes are intended for net environments at the big differences of temperatures of a casing and pipes. In kozhukhotrubchaty devices of this construction free lengthening of pipes is provided that excludes possibility of temperature stresses.

2. Kozhukhotrubchaty heat exchangers with motionless pipe grids and kozhukhotrubchaty with the temperature compensator on a casing according to TU 3612-024-00220302-02.2

Kozhukhotrubchaty heat exchangers with motionless pipe grids are intended for heating and cooling of liquid and gaseous environments in technology processes oil processing, petrochemical, chemical, gas and other industries. Are intended for net environments at the difference of temperatures of a casing and pipes which is not exceeding 50ºС.

3. Tubular heat exchangers without casing on TU361230-001-80670306-2012.

Tubular heat exchangers without casing are used in technology processes oil processing, petrochemical, chemical, gas and other industries. Are applied to storage of raw materials, semi-finished products and ready-made products in the warmed-up reservoirs, heating of primary technology product heated secondary (recuperation) and also maintenance of necessary temperature of technology solutions in different tanks.
