Heatutilizer block
The combustion gases released by industrial enterprises into the atmosphere are the reason of big losses of heat that leads to thermal environmental pollution. Besides, emissions in the atmosphere of high-temperature gases have an adverse effect on an ecological situation in general. Therefore utilization of heat of combustion gases is one of the most important problems of energy saving, rational expenditure of heat and ecology.
The listed above problems are successfully solved with the help of the contact heatutilizers offered by us. Our specialists constantly face requests of the enterprises for utilization of heat of combustion gases of boilers, industrial furnaces, power units and dryers and accumulated wide experience of design, production and delivery of the heat power equipment. The provided contact utilizer is expected application with units small (from 0.5 to 10 MW) capacities for which it is individual is from scratch economically inexpedient to project heat recovery installation. The line of heatutilizers offered by us allows the director able to count money, to pick up the necessary equipment and a method of its application depending on the tasks facing the enterprise. The complete equipment is supplied completely ready to work – by the principle "included and forgot". At the expense of the raised heat transfer coefficient, convenience of transportation, simplicity of regulation as the heat carrier liquid (water, antifreeze, high-temperature organic heat carriers) is selected. In heating schemes for preserving of qualities of the heat carrier the scheme with the intermediate heat exchanger is recommended. Use of such heat exchangers utilizers is economically justified and it is reasonable in the presence of waste gases with a temperature from 300C till 1000 s. At the same time it must be kept in mind that at a temperature of combustion gases up to 600 s the most profitable is the scheme of the EMTV water pipe heatutilizer. At a temperature of exhaust gases over 600 s the most reasonable is the scheme of the EMTG gas-pipe heatutilizer (fig. 1) with the lined inlet chamber. To make the decision on use of heatutilizers, it is necessary to count and consider the following factors:
- amount of heat which can be utilized;
- a type of the burned fuel (gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel, other);
- availability of pollutants;
- need for additional heat;
- cost of energy resources;
- capital and operating costs.
On the basis of the analysis of above-mentioned factors the decision on economic feasibility of use of the heatutilizer is also made.
For reference use:
- at the cost of natural gas of 4.5 rub/m ³ for production of 1 kWh of thermal energy 0.1 m ³ gas are spent. Thus, the manufacturing cost of 1 kWh of thermal energy from gas is equal to about 0.45 rub.
- at the cost of coal of 4 rub/kg for production of 1 kWh of its thermal energy 0.2 kg/h are spent. Thus, the manufacturing cost of 1 kWh of thermal energy from coal is equal to about 0.8 rub.
- at the cost of electric power of 3.2 rub/kW for production of 1 kWh of thermal energy 1.03 kWh of the electric power are spent. Thus, the manufacturing cost of 1 kWh of thermal energy at electric heating is equal to about 3.30 rub.
- at the cost of diesel fuel of 25 rbl/l for production of 1 kWh of thermal energy 0.1 l of diesel fuel are spent. Thus, the manufacturing cost of 1 kWh of thermal energy from diesel fuel is equal to about 2.5 rub.
