The state program of the Russian Federation "Development of science and technologies" until 2020
2021: Mishustin approved the program of basic scientific research
The prime minister Mishustin approved the program of basic scientific research till 2030. On January 9, 2021 the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported about it.
The new program will be financed including through Russia health care the Scientific Technology Development and Development state programs. The total amount of financing exceeds 2.1 trillion rubles.
Development of intellectual potential of the Russian science, creation of an effective management system for scientific research for increase in their importance and demand for economy will become the main objectives of the program.
It is about analytical and forecast researches which should improve the system of strategic planning, provide competitiveness and scientific leadership of the Russian Federation. Besides, the program is focused on the projects connected with large scientific installations and objects of a class, development computer and nanotechnologies, clinical and preventive medicine.
Considerable attention in the program is paid to scientific tasks and "the expected disruptive results" in oncology. On the basis of CRISPR/Cas9 technology, for example, it is going to create virus and not virus genetic constructions "for a knockout of genes of an urokinaza and an urokinazny receptor in tumor cells, in particular a neuroblastoma".
Development and creation of the diagnostic tests based on identification and the analysis of the circulating tumor cells and tumoral DNA in peripheral blood, in other words – a liquid biopsy belong to perspective tasks, according to the program. Also it is going to work on molecular profiling of tumors, including detection of new molecular determinants-drayvernykh of genes and markers of metastasis.
The program of basic scientific research is developed by the Russian Academy of Sciences with the assistance of the ministries and the leading scientific organizations of the country.[1]
