Bashkir electric grid company (Management of the distribution grid company)

In March, 2014 in holding implementation of a subsystem Accounting of technology accessions was complete. Works were performed by specialists of the Ufa company Soft-portal Project LLC, jointly with specialists of holding. Since March 31, 2014 the subsystem was put into commercial operation. Within project implementation by specialists of Soft-portal project company the following works were performed:

• Completion of the program according to project requirements;
• Setup and start of business processes;
• Data transfer from historical 1C systems: Enterprise 7.7;
• Setup of integration of a subsystem with a corporate information system on 1C:Enterprise 8;
• Development of technology instructions for users;
• Resident instruction of users;
• The organization of the line of technical support of users for the period of trial operation of a system.

In the course of implementation of a subsystem "Accounting of technology accessions" the following business processes were automated:

• Order taking for technology accessions, issue of the specification, signing of the contracts for technology accessions;
• Planning and organization of works on technology accessions;
• Implementation of technology accession;
• Control of the organization of activities for technology accessions.

The reporting under process of accounting of technology accessions and also the Personal Account of the Consumer system on the website of the company is developed for Internet access for consumers of services of technology accessions.

Now the subsystem functions in 410 workplaces.

Implementation of a subsystem in holding allowed to receive the following results:

• Technology accession of electric units of applicants is organized according to new requirements of normative legal documents;
• Operating control of activity and performing procedures on technology accession is organized;
• Coordination of activity of structural divisions of Bashkirenergo in the course of technology accession to the electric networks is automated;
• Formation of the monthly and quarter reporting under technology accession of electric units of applicants is automated;
• The cost accounting on technology accession is automated;
• Preparation of materials for protection of the amount of a payment for technology accession in regulating authorities is automated.
