Together with the Ministry of information technology development and communications till March 1, 2020 it is entrusted to Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan to submit for the approval the actions plan on implementation of an automated system of accounting and document flow in all state bodies.
Transition to electronic document management should happen step by step. At the same time heads of state agencies will bear the personal responsibility for implementation of the IT system of accounting and document flow.
It is entrusted to state tax committee to provide till March 1, 2020 in accordance with the established procedure all employees and heads of state bodies and the organizations with electronic digital signatures.
Besides, the Academy of public administration at the president will have to develop in two months the training program on technologies of the organization of time and increase in efficiency of its use (time management), elimination of bureaucratization, paperwork.[1]
