Creating a Company

As TAdviser found out in January 2023, 1C created a joint venture - 1S-BSL - with the general director and co-founder of Business Solushins Lab (BSL) Sergei Kostin. According to the database of legal entities Kontur.Fokus, "" 1C "in the new joint venture owns a share of 51% of the authorized capital, and Kostin - 49%.

Business Solushins Lab specializes in the development of industrial IT solutions. In 2021, its revenue amounted to about 219.1 million rubles with an increase of 134%, and by the end of 2022 the company reported an increase in its turnover by a quarter[1]. Among the clients listed on its website are Magnit, Hoff, SPAR, Vkusville, WorldSkills Russia, S7 Logistics, Coffee Like, Yamaguchi, etc.

"1S-BSL" is a new player in the courier delivery software market

1C told TAdviser that 1S-BSL is a new player in the courier delivery software market. The company will offer automation capabilities to customers using their own couriers. 1S-BSL participants expect that this will allow a large number of trade enterprises to improve the quality of courier services, improve control over the delivery of goods and optimize costs for many business processes.

The service will be presented on the market in two versions: an "on-premium" solution with the possibility of customization and a "cloud" (SaaS) product aimed primarily at small and medium-sized businesses.

Customers will be able to enter their own couriers into the system, create and distribute orders, track the location of couriers and the status of orders, and receive the necessary analytics of their deliveries.

The solutions are based on the BSL product - a logistics delivery platform, which, the developers say, is already effectively used by a number of large companies in the Russian Federation.

We continue to fill the 1C ecosystem with new products and services. 1S-BSL will allow Russian companies with their own couriers to improve the quality of their work and optimize operating costs. We plan that the "cloud" solution in 2023 will be seamlessly integrated with other 1C products, "said Boris Nuraliev, director of 1C.
