ATB Electronics has been developing and producing electronics for about 20 years. During this time, the company went from a supplier of boards and components to a developer and manufacturer of industrial electronics with its own R&D Center.
Today, ATB Electronics offers its customers a complete list of services for the development and manufacture of printed circuit boards, electronic modules, devices and other electronic products: from the design of printed circuit boards and case solutions to the assembly and testing of finished products.
Production and R&D Center of the company are located in Moscow, occupy more than 4,500 m2, allow you to produce products regardless of batch size: from several pieces to large batches of products with a wide range of installed components. The company has introduced a system for tracking the life cycle of products. Input inspection of components, production and output inspection of finished products is organized.
The company's production is equipped with four high-speed surface mounting lines, which are performed both by large batches and flexibly configured for the production of small-scale products. The company has implemented a supplier evaluation system, established long-term relations with vendors and component distributors. ATB Electronics maintains inventory of components. The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

He is engaged in the design of modern electronics and software. Creates design and software documentation. The R&D center includes the following departments: circuitry, topological solutions, design department, industrial design department, testing department, bench equipment development department, embedded software and test software development department, electronic library formation department, operational and supporting documentation development department, service department, regulatory control department. R&D Center has its own internal testing laboratory.
ATBOEM Equipment has been allocated as a separate project of the company in mid-2019. The company has developed the first line of OEM equipment for the Internet of Things in Russia.
The product line of ATB OEM is focused on the industrial sector and includes: industrial computers, processor modules, industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) equipment, APCS equipment. Hardware platforms for information security and artificial intelligence. The direction of industrial computers contains computers based on ATOM, Rockchip, BAIKAL, ELBRUS processors and processor modules in various standards. IIOT equipment includes: base stations LORA, IOT sensors, IOT modems, IOT modules (SOM), IOT lighting control (ASUMO). APCS includes controllers of various levels and purposes.
Customers of ATB OEM are companies and brands that need to create or supplement a line of their own equipment in a short time, as well as large integrators who need to replace European and Chinese equipment in projects.
Deep customization of OEM products to customer requirements is provided. To speed up the process, the ruler is formed according to the SoM principle (SystemonModule - systems on the module). In its architecture, the product implies the use of modular solutions with deployed peripherals based on pre-installed microcontrollers and microprocessors, which allows you to carry out the necessary refinement for the customer in the shortest possible time, without wasting time preparing the main computing part.
Developed and produced at ATB facilities Electronics products find their application in such industries as water, road and rail transport, housing and communal services, industrial automation, medicine, telecommunications, oil and mining, agriculture and digitalization (IOT). ATB Electronics equipment is suitable for responsible use.
Since 2021, ATB Electronics has begun working with leading Russian universities to form a personnel reserve and quality development of education in the electronic industry. ATB Electronics is an active participant in associations and associations affecting the development of the electronic industry in Russia.
History
2023
Production of more than 500 thousand products
In 2023, a Moscow company specializing in the development and production of electrical equipment produced over 500 thousand products. This was facilitated by an increase in the production line by 1.5 times. This was announced on December 28, 2023 by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.
As of December 2023, over 130 enterprises for the development and production of electrical equipment operate in the city, where more than 17 thousand people are employed. Factories produce a wide range of products for many industries, increase production capacities and production volumes, strengthening the country's technological sovereignty. So, in 2023, ATB Electronics manufactured over half a million products - industrial computers, base stations, metering devices and other devices. This is 40 percent higher than in 2022. Growth became possible due to an increase in the production line by 1.5 times and optimization of processes, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. |
The company's products are used in, industries,,, and housing and communal services industries telecommunications transport to medicine many others. The production facilities of the enterprise allow you to produce goods regardless of batch size: from several pieces to large batches with a wide range of installed components. The company's assortment includes over 120 products, two-thirds of which replenished the product line in 2023.
Our company has shown good results in product production compared to 2022. We have significantly increased the complexity of the products: on average, 500 to several thousand components are installed on the board. In 2023, about 500 million components were installed on the manufactured products, - said the founder of the company Roman Dementiev. |
Mini Computer Batch Roadmap
The Moscow developer, manufacturer and supplier of electronic devices will release a large batch of mini-computers for use in Russian enterprises. This was announced on June 24, 2023 by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The demand for local high-tech products among domestic enterprises continues to grow strongly against the background of a decrease in supply from foreign brands. Thus, in order to close the current increased market needs this summer, the capital company ATB Electronics will release a large batch of mini-computers - about two thousand devices in a case desktop version, used primarily in industry as computing platforms. Their application helps to increase productivity on sites. The developer's capacities allow the production of up to a million units of such equipment per year, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. |
The device is compatible with the main Russian operating systems. In addition to industrial use, it can be used in other industries as a router or data collection node, including information from video cameras, as well as as a compact computer with a monitor mount.
The journey from product development to production of an industrial batch usually takes several years, during which time the company goes through many stages. This includes the creation of a product project, the production of several prototype variants, testing within the company, testing with partners, and correcting identified shortcomings. For June 2023, we have made an industrial batch that can scale at our production facilities. It is important that work at this stage does not stop, then our Moscow partners, based on our equipment and with the help of their programs, will create Russian software systems, - said the founder of the company Roman Dementiev. |
The development of its own production sites in the city allows entrepreneurs to actively increase the volume of sales of products, find new partners and enter new sales markets. Metropolitan enterprises can take advantage of more than 20 systemic measures to support the city, including subsidies and targeted loans. In addition, a number of anti-crisis tools have been developed.
