In partnership with Aktiv, Servionica will provide customers with advanced developer solutions that meet GOST requirements - such as Rutoken EDS, which stores key data without the ability to extract them, and Rutoken EDS Flash, which combines a standard Rutoken EDS with controlled Flash memory of 4 to 64 GB in one case.

Asset provides a full production cycle: design of electronic devices and software, development, production, testing, obtaining the necessary certificates, up to and including delivery to customers. Millions of users of electronic document management, tax reporting, electronic trading systems have devices. The products are also used in corporate information systems for strict user authentication, email protection, secure remote access, remote banking systems, physical access control systems and other tasks.

Internet of Things technologies improve the quality of life of citizens and, at the same time, help many companies adapt their business to modern needs. This market hides both new opportunities and new threats. Insufficient or untimely attention to security issues can be costly. Therefore, careful elaboration of the methodology for ensuring comprehensive protection is necessary. This is especially true if we take into account the capabilities and potential of today's attackers, according to Asset. - IoT gradually covers all new areas in which society exists and develops. Those who are closely associated with cybersecurity problems believe that successful attacks on IoT infrastructure in the future could lead to catastrophic consequences for both business and people. And financial losses here are not the worst. Therefore, aspects such as authentication, privacy, communication channel protection are still relevant.

According to the company, "Asset" is open for cooperation both with the developers of IoT solutions and with the creators of protective equipment. The company's participation in the AIV will help to work out a comprehensive strategy for the development and regulation of the Internet of Things market in the context of information security. And the exchange of experience and knowledge in this area will make this process transparent and understandable for most market participants.

Asset is already developing a hardware cryptographic tool for use in IoT and M2M devices. This solution ensures the authentication and protection of the communication channel between the end equipment and the control stations. Possible areas of its application: critical infrastructure objects, telemetry complexes, control of remote objects, photo-video recording and observation systems.

2015

Turnover growth by 70% to 764 million rubles

According to the results of 2015, business turnover reached 764 million rubles, exceeding the indicators of the previous year by 70%. Sales of Rutoken USB devices with hardware implementation of Russian CryptoStandarts and unrecoverable electronic signature keys doubled. This is due to the increased demand for such types of tokens in the financial and state segments, where import substitution and compliance issues are relevant. At the same time, sales of smart cards and tokens certified by the FSB and FSTEC, including for compliance with new crypto credentials, increased by 140%. This was largely due to an increase in the number of large state projects, where high requirements for information protection tools are imposed.

Among various types of media, Rutoken significantly increased the demand for smart cards, which led to a tenfold increase in the production of such models. To a greater extent, commercial customers were interested in their use for authentication and the use of electronic signature keys. Much more often, companies began to prefer media equipped with contactless RFID tags in order to physically access the premises. Traditionally, the main emphasis was placed on the production of branded smart cards.

The trend of migration of employee jobs from stationary PCs to laptops and tablets demonstrates a tenfold increase in sales of micro-tokens. These are miniature versions of Rutoken electronic USB identifiers designed to work with compact personal computers and gadgets in constant connection mode.

Rutoken electronic identifiers with protected flash memory were also in demand - sales volumes here increased by almost 50% compared to the previous year. This is due to the versatility of the device, combining a token and a regular USB drive with hidden memory partitions.

The second line of business of the company "Aktiv" - the production of software and hardware for protection against illegal copying Guardant, in 2015 showed a steady growth at the level of 25% of the total turnover. According to management, this indicates a stable leadership position in the market and the need for further investment in new brand developments.

Compatibility between Rutoken and MSVFERA confirmed testing

On March 19, 2015, Aktiv and National Centre for Support and Development (NCIP) confirmed the compatibility of Rutoken products with software MSVSPHERA[1]

Within the framework of the MSVSFERA project, the NCPR is working on the creation of a line of software products and platforms certified in accordance with security requirements, oriented to solve most of the typical tasks of informatization of Russian state and commercial organizations, and the tasks of import substitution of software in legacy and newly created automated systems.

The specialists of NCPR and Asset conducted testing, during which they confirmed the compatibility and correctness of the products Rutoken S, Rutoken EDS and Rutoken EDS Flash with the software products MSVSPHERA. A matching compatibility certificate has been signed. Electronic identifiers "Rutoken" are recommended for use as a hardware carrier of key information in the software products "MSVSPHERA 6.3 AWS" and "MSVSPHERA 6.3 Server."

"Operating systems c, open source certified, FSTEC of Russia are gradually replacing proprietary operating systems from the domestic state and corporate market. The unconditional advantages of these operating systems are openness, a high level of security and the guaranteed absence of undeclared capabilities, - said the Kirill Meshcheryakov head of the department for working with technological partners of the company. - The "Asset" company "Active" has been participating Open Source in projects for many years. We are pleased to partner NCPR with and plan to continue active cooperation. "
Vladimir Ryabchikov, General Director of the NCPR, said: "Confirmation of the compatibility and correctness of the work of Rutoken electronic identifiers with MSVSFER software products is very important for our partners and customers, as the emergence of additional opportunities to increase the level of security of information systems created on the basis of certified MSVSFER software products. I would also like to note the good prospects for our cooperation with Aktiv regarding the joint development of solutions for the comprehensive protection of resources of promising corporate content management systems. "

Rutoken products interact with LastPass

On October 1, 2015, Aktiv announced cooperation with LastPass and the possibility of authentication implemented by the companies in the LastPass password manager for smart cards and tokens from the Rutoken product line.

The program LastPass stores account data and allows you to fill in login-password lines automatically when the user enters the site corresponding to these records. But, in the event of a master password leak LastPass , the user may have problems, since all data about all user accounts on various sites will become available to attackers.

Advertising of the company "Asset" (2015)

To protect data, Aktiv proposes to use tokens and Rutoken smart cards for authentication in the LastPass system. This method of authentication is reliable and guarantees the security of user data - only the owner of the token (or smart card) can use the account. At the same time, even if a token is stolen or lost, attackers will not be able to use it without knowing the secret code.

Rutoken tokens and smart cards work with the LastPass password manager on Windows, OS X, and Linux operating systems.

2014

Officially, the company "Asset" was founded in 1994. At the same time, the composition of shareholders - Russian individuals in the form in which it exists to this day - was finally formed. All the founders of the company had previously worked in an organization of a similar profile engaged in information security, but had known each other since their studies at the Moscow Forestry Technical Institute (MLTI) (today it is Moscow State Forest University).
