2020: Accenture purchased Byte Prophecy

On May 18, 2020 Accenture announced Byte Prophecy purchase. Financial terms of transaction are not disclosed.

As stated in the message of Accenture, as a result of acquisition about 50 analysts and engineers specializing in the specified areas will join its division of Accenture Applied Intelligence.

Purchase of Byte Prophecy will allow to increase quality of the solutions proposed by Accenture and the quality of consulting services for the clients needing solutions for profound analytics and formation of funds of data is specified in the press release. In particular, Accenture is going to deepen cooperation on these directions with clients in India.

Byte Prophecy cooperates with Accenture Ventures since 2018 on projects of data analysis and profound analytics.

The flagman application of MonitorFirst company is used by the consulting agencies for improvement of key performance indicators (KPI), such as optimization of production planning, maximizing use of the equipment and reduction of waiting time of a batch at the plant, reported on its website.

Together partners help the clients to create qualitative funds of data which are a cornerstone of successful implementation of artificial intelligence at the enterprises, the executive director on Accenture analytics Athena Kaniura explained.[1]
