The Kommersant newspaper with reference to data of Kartoteka.ru reported about it. The CEO of "The clever inhabitant" Konstantin Popov confirmed to the edition the investment attraction from Sberbank.

Through mobile application "The clever inhabitant" it is possible to execute the following transactions:

  • carry out online vote of residents,
  • communicate with management companies,
  • order services in the house,
  • ship information from smart counters,
  • carry out payment,
  • transfer data of UK.

Services of "The clever inhabitant" pay management companies. The amount is from 3 thousand rubles a month (depending on number of personal accounts).

Sberbank invested in the Clever Inhabitant service connecting inhabitants and management companies
