Oracle announced CrowdTwist acquisition

As noted in the press release, in the modern omnichannel environment customer retention is one of the major priorities for any company, and maintenance of loyalty — a common denominator of all marketing initiatives. However many products for increase in a customer loyalty offer the static single-channel programs working by the principle "pay and receive". Such programs are overloaded with services and settings therefore their implementation and use costs much enough. The cloud solution from CrowdTwist offers the adaptirumy programs configured in compliance with customer needs and allowing to offer discounts, points and remunerations.

Proposes the solution more than 100 ready models of interaction using which marketing specialists will be able to make the most complete portrait of the client and to accelerate an investment payback.
