It became known about the detention in Moscow of a fraudster who promised entrepreneurs the supply of medical equipment without tenders

Sources in the power structures told the publication that employees of the FSB Department and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow detained Valevsky on suspicion of fraud. The man, according to the investigation, for 1 million rubles promised to provide the businessman with a contract for the supply of medical equipment to the capital's state hospitals and clinics for the diagnosis and treatment of a number of diseases using laser technologies. For persuasiveness, the suspect referred to acquaintance with Tatyana Mukhtasarova, who had long worked in the Moscow Department of Health, and then headed the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region.

The fraudster promised the entrepreneur the purchase of equipment in the amount of more than 2 billion rubles, and for his still unfulfilled services he received a reward of more than 1 million rubles.

When the businessman suspected deception, he turned to the police with a statement, since we could talk about possible manifestations of corruption both in the capital and regional governments.

During the preliminary investigation, it remains to be seen whether Valevsky really had any connections among officials. He himself, allegedly, despite his criminal biography, introduced himself as a doctor of medical sciences and at the same time clearly had some idea of what was happening on the market of medical services in the capital region. In addition, according to sources, Kommersant data on the possible involvement of detainees in other criminal episodes will be checked.[1]
