Silvergate Capital Property Sale and Project Closure

In January 2022, a cryptocurrency project for which Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg received a "spread" from the US Congress was officially closed. The Diem Association sold its intellectual property and other assets related to its payment network to Silvergate Capital Corp.
