JSC "ATC Rosatoma" is the leading enterprise of the nuclear industry in the field of emergency response to incidents in the transportation of radioactive materials and waste and complex monitoring in the elimination of the consequences of accidents with a radiation factor. The company conducts constant monitoring of the radiation situation in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and in the locations of radiation hazardous facilities of Rosatom, both using a stationary network of radiation control posts and using mobile means.

History

2019: Reorganization in JSC "ATC Rosatom"

On March 22, 2019, the enterprise was reorganized in Rosatom Emergency Technical Center JSC (Rosatom ATC JSC).

2010

As of December 2010, FSUE Emergency Technical Center of the Ministry of Atom of Russia (St. Petersburg) was engaged in the prevention and elimination of the consequences of emergencies, radiation control, training and advanced training of specialists. The company had a large volume of contracts of a complex structure, which prompted the management of FSUE ATC St. Petersburg to decide on the purchase of special software.

1994: Formation of the "Emergency Technical Center of the Ministry of Atom of Russia"

The Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Emergency Technical Center of the Ministry of the Russian Federation" (St. Petersburg) was organized on March 25, 1994 in accordance with Decree of the Council of Ministers - Government of the Russian Federation No. 246. Initially, the company FSUE ATC St. Petersburg was created as a structural unit of the Scientific and Production Association "Radio Institute named after V. G. Khlopin."
